The Insight Careers is a private professional education provider operating in India, and part of The Insight Labs. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Insight Careers. "You" means the person enrolling in or applying to one of our programs.

We run live, cohort-based professional education programs delivered online. Each program has a published duration, a published number of live hours, a published curriculum and a published start date. What you are buying is access to that program for that cohort.
Sessions are delivered over video conferencing. Recordings are made available to enrolled learners, usually within two hours of each session.
You may move your place to the next cohort once, at no cost. Tell us before the end of week three of your cohort and we will move you. There is no fee and we will not ask you to justify it.
A second transfer is at our discretion and may not be possible.
If you complete a program with us, you may re-enrol in any future cohort of the same program at no additional cost, subject to seat availability. Paying learners are allocated seats first. This applies for as long as we continue to run that program.
We do not guarantee employment, placement, a promotion, a salary increase or any specific career outcome. We have no hiring partners and we make no placement claims.
What we provide is teaching, assessment, and access to our mentor network. What you do with it is yours.
Templates, models, prompt libraries, recordings and written materials remain our intellectual property. You may use them freely in your own work, including commercially. You may not resell them, publish them, or share them outside the cohort.
We may adjust session dates, running order, or a mentor for a given session where circumstances require it. We will tell you as early as we can. If we cancel a cohort entirely, you will receive a full refund or a place in the next cohort, whichever you prefer.
Our total liability to you in connection with a program is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the version published on the date you enrolled. We will not change the commercial terms of a program you have already paid for.
