Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to talk to you about our programs, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you fill in a form: your name, email address, phone number, current role and employer, and what you told us you want to get better at.
When you enrol: the above, plus payment records. Card and bank details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and are never stored by us.
When you attend: attendance records, assignment submissions and assessment results.
When you visit the site: basic analytics such as pages viewed and rough location. We do not use this to identify you individually.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and tell you whether a program is a fit.
To run the program you paid for, and to assess your work.
To send you information about our programs. You can opt out at any time.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

How we contact you

By email, WhatsApp or phone, about our programs only. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop contacting you by replying to any message.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business:

Our payment gateway, to process payments.
Our email and messaging tools, to contact you.
Video conferencing software, to run live sessions.
Our accountant, and any authority we are legally required to disclose to.

Testimonials

We will never publish your name, photograph, result or feedback without asking you first, in writing, after you have completed the program. Consent is specific to what we asked for, and you can withdraw it later.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for two years from your last contact with us. Enrolment and assessment records are kept for seven years, because we may need to verify a certificate. Financial records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@theinsightcareers.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

We cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, such as financial records or the certificate register.

Security

We keep your data on reputable third-party services with access limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

Cookies

Our site uses minimal cookies, for basic analytics only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will email anyone whose data we hold.
